Binding Nature

Quotes are not binding until we physically inspect your device and confirm its condition matches the information provided.

2. Device Requirements

Ownership Verification

You must be the legal owner of any device submitted for buyback. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership.

Device Condition

• Devices must match the condition specified in your quote request
• Any undisclosed damage or issues will affect the final offer
• Devices with activation locks (iCloud, Google Lock) must be properly removed before sale
• We cannot purchase stolen, blacklisted, or reported lost devices

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for backing up and removing all personal data before submitting your device. We are not responsible for any data loss.

3. Payment & Pickup

Payment Methods

Payment is typically made via cash, check, or electronic transfer upon device acceptance and completion of transaction.

Pickup Services

Pickup services are available in the West Palm Beach area. Scheduling and availability may vary based on location and device value.

Transaction Completion

All sales are final once payment is issued and received. Devices cannot be returned after transaction completion.

While we take care in handling all devices, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the inspection or evaluation process.
